Why I Built HeatScale

I started HeatScale after years of watching 'hot leads' go to waste...

I was generating leads for companies working the ECO4 government scheme. Brought them warm people
(people who'd agreed, were happy, ready to go). They'd take up to 7 days to make a simple phone call.

More than HALF those people had already moved on. Gone to a competitor, forgotten about it, or seen the call
come through days later and assumed it was spam.

Saw the exact same thing across trades and small businesses. Someone needs a plumber, a gas engineer, an electrician - calls three companies, goes with whoever picks up first or texts first which is the same reason Amazon wins, they deliver even the same day.
