6. Client Responsibilities
Clients working with HeatScale agree to provide reasonable cooperation, access, and information necessary for service delivery. This may include:

- reasonable implementation support where required
HeatScale is not responsible for delays, issues, or reduced performance caused by missing access, incomplete information, lack of cooperation, or delayed responses from the client.
7. Third-Party Platforms & Tools
HeatScale may work with or recommend third-party platforms, software, and services, including but not limited to Google, Meta, CRM systems, AI automation tools, review or communication software, and website or hosting platforms.
HeatScale is not responsible for:
- outages or changes made by third-party platforms
- account suspensions or restrictions imposed by those platforms
- pricing or policy changes made by third-party providers
- issues caused by third-party software or integrations
Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform they use.
8. Payments & Fees
Where services are provided on a paid basis, fees, payment schedules, and terms will be agreed separately in writing or within a service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- invoices are due on the stated due date
- late payments may result in service delays, pauses, or suspension
- all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing
HeatScale reserves the right to suspend work where payment is overdue.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, graphics, design elements, copy, systems, frameworks, and processes — is owned by or licensed to HeatScale unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeatScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage.
HeatScale's total liability in relation to any claim arising out of or connected to its website or services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
